Shipping policy

All items are handcrafted with care, and requires 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. During seasonal launches or high-volume periods, please allow up to 7-10 business days from the time the order is placed.

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS from Connecticut. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During the Spring and Summer months candles, tealights, and other wax products ship Monday-Wednesday to ensure that the products are not sitting in the postal carriers warehouse for extended times over the weekend.

Shipping rates and charges are not refundable and are based on the delivery address and the weight of the shipment.

-Please verify shipping address at the time of purchase. Nahsh Selah is not liable for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address entered by the buyer. 

-We ship throughout the United States, there are no international shipping options at this time.
